excellent locationfriendly staff
the location was excellent near paddington station. it was very convenient for getting around the city. i could leave my bags before check-in and after check-out for a few hours while sightseeing

The staff was excellent and helped whenever needed! The sauna area was great and private. A full English breakfast was served to order. It was nice and hot.
The room was very small. There was no elevator. There were inclined stairs to the upper rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. they delivered a fan promptly when i requested one for my double room. the location is also great. The train station is very close, as are several restaurants and cafes. the breakfast lady was very sweet.
the rooms did not have air conditioning. it was hot in my room because it was sunny and humid. though a fan was provided, it did not solve the temperature problem. i strongly recommend the hotel consider portable air conditioners for all the rooms.

i found the staff cute. kevin at reception was very helpful and kind. the breakfast lady was also amazing, and she provided EXCELLENT service. my room was always warm and comfortable, especially after being out in the cold.
the room did feel quite small for three people, and it was difficult to move around with luggage.

i enjoyed the location a lot. paddington station was close. the neighbourhood seems nice to me. also bed was quite wide. i slept well.
our room was on the top floor. there is no elevator. i counted 72 steps from the bottom. the stairs are steep and narrow. this made it difficult to take my baggage up.
